Event privacy

This notice covers the free online event on 13 October 2026. Bertie le Roux, trading as The Belief Architect, is responsible for information collected to run it. Questions or requests can be sent to bertie@bertieleroux.com.

Registration

Zoom collects your first name and email address to register you, send your unique joining link and administer the event. A surname is optional. Bertie can see registration and attendance records. We do not sell or rent these details or use them for advertising. Zoom's privacy statement also applies.

Recording

The event will be recorded. Bertie may share the recording or excerpts afterwards to introduce his work to others. Your display name, public chat, voice or video may be captured if you choose to use them. You may keep your camera and microphone off and avoid public chat. Contact Bertie before the event if you have a concern about appearing in a recording.

How long we keep it

Free-event registration and attendance records are deleted within twelve months of the event. The recording is kept only while Bertie uses it for the sharing described above.

Your choices

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing Bertie. We will respond within thirty days. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
